Daily update is a feature that lets users subscribe to your Action and receive new information every day. This article describes how to configure this feature in the Actions console.
You can use daily updates for any Action that you create. To start, create an intent for your Action in the Actions console. Click the Develop tab in the top menu, then click Intents in the left menu. In the Add an intent section, select Daily updates, then fill out the fields to define your daily updates subscription flow.
When your users invoke your daily updates intent, they’ll receive an Assistant notification on their mobile device. At their scheduled time, the user can tap the notification to register your daily updates with Google Assistant and interact with your Action again. Consider offering a registration prompt for daily updates mid-conversation or as a suggestion chip when the user exits your Action successfully.
